I found time to do some stuff! I haven't posted in a long time because I have been so busy with things. I did my first brake job on a car. Just new pads. I spent two weekends trying to diagnose a noise, which I did. I detailed my car. Sold my car withing 24 hours of listing it. Then I needed to find a new car for the wife so I could take her car. Maybe once I have some time, I will post on all that. This weekend though, I cleaned the new family hauler an plasti-dipped the grill on my new (her old) car. I think it turned out well but it looks like I got some air bubbles under the first coat and that spot was crap throughout. Anyway, here are some pictures I took. I was trying to catch the pearl of the CX-7, but my phone just made it look cartoonish. Also, I feel like the Mazda 3 front end needs something else. I'm not sure what. I already have factory fog lights that need installed but I feel like something else needs changed. I don't want to put money into black headlight housings and I don't want to tint them because not racecar. I need to be able to see at night. Any suggestions as to what I could do?

Paint the little inserts at the bottom black, get some plasti-dip rims?
I've also wondered how a Mazda would look if you made the V-shaped crease black, like the stripes on a Koenigsegg.
Otherwise, a double asymmetric matte black line over the hood would look sick . Like the inverse of this:
Not white on black, but just the black lines (like the roof) on your existing blue.

I'm really glad your reply was so good considerig it was the only one I got. The idea for the stripe is actually a great idea. I think that would look really good. I have seen the V go down the hood and into the grill too. That isn't bad but might be a little too "tunerish" for me. Maybe I can get someone to photoshop the stripe for me.
The silver trim below the headlights will be gone once I mount the fog lights. They replace the whole piece.
My Mazda has the "snowflake" wheels so I thought about doing some type of two-tone between black and silver on the split spokes.
All around, good input! Thank you very much!
